The talk discusses how vegetarianism, and more so veganism, is most consistent with Jewish teachings on preserving our health, treating animals with compassion, protecting the environment, conserving natural resources, helping hungry people, and pursuing peace. It also discusses how shifts to veg diets can end the current epidemic of diseases, reduce climate change. and has many other benefits.

This would sharply reduce cows emissions of methane, and also sharply reduce atmospheric CO2 through the planting of many trees.
3
Veganism for a Healthier You and a Healthier Planet
The health and environmental benefits of vegan diets. Consideration of pee-reviewed studies showing how vegan diets can help prevent and in some cases reverse life-threatening diseases. Why shifts to veganism are essential to effort to avert a climate catastrophe.
