Lt. Col. (Res.) David Benjamin emigrated to Israel from South Africa in 1989 as a law graduate. He is a consultant, speaker and frequent media commentator on Israeli legal matters and international law. He previously spent two decades in the IDF advising senior commanders on the laws of war and counter-terrorism. He is based in Modi'in, Israel.
